Personal Photographs on CITE HR

Dear All,

I would like to understand the purpos of uploading personal photographs on Cite HR personal album..

Don't you all feel that this is an professioanl website an personal photographs should not be uploaded. Fpr example some one's tour to some singapoure or maurittius.... or kids playing around at their place...

the album option provided should also be used for profeesional purpose n not personal.

I would liek to know what others n specially seniors have to say about this issue.

Dear Devi

I too have the same feeling. This cite is meant for serious business and takes some good time of HR Professional. This is not a cite where you have fun and frolic. This is the high time that our moderator to think of this issue and sort out

Dear Devi Tulsi,

Thanks for ur views. I can say that u have spoken the minds of many of the members who were of the same view u hold. It is really not required. Also, in the name of humour, many jokes which are not supposed to appear in such a professional website, are appearing.

It is high time the moderator takes note of it and take remedial action.

i absilutely agree with the concern raised. We should use this as platform to elevate our knowledge thru sharing and be able to do better in our respective roles.

Dear Devi Tulsi,

Me too, strongly agree with you. The Photographs of only citehr meets and HR Related Activities should be allowed on CiteHR.

Personal photos are just Spoiling the professional platform of CiteHR.

There are many other sites on which one can upload their photographs to show them to public. On CiteHr anybody (professional minded) is not interested to see personal photographs.

It is really truth that this is not a platform where we are posted our pictures on this cite. Only purpose of this cite that HR proffestionals can doscssed his problems & with the help of this cite they can find out solutions for their problems.

Dear All,

I do agree with the above, because HR meet photograph are allowed here in, not personel one.
