As I completed 1st year of MBA ( Distance), now I am in dilema to choose the specialisation :
The Optionals are:

Organisation Behaviour & HRD
Finance
Information Technology

I am giving hereunder my qualifications:

1996- B.Com., Nagarjuna University, GUntur.
1998- Master Diploma in Computer Applications ( 2 Years), BDPS Ltd.,
1999- 'O' Level - All modules passed ( final certificate awaited)
2005- M.Com., Annamalai Universiry( Distance Education)
2007- P.G Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare ( Punjab University, CHandigarh) - Results awaited.
2008- Doing M.B.A - Guru Jambheswar University of Science & Technology, Hisar.

I am having 3 years Teaching experience in Computer Institutes as Teacher ( Faculty)
Presently i am working as a Accounts Officer in Newspaper Job Printing Organisation( Pvt. Ltd.,) since 2002.

As a small business organisation, my work invloved in the following activities:
Accounts- Salary Mgmt of Employees, Invoices, other Accounting activities like billing, TDS,
Personnel- Scruinisation of Resumes, assisting the Interviewing activites, Attendance -LEave mgmt, a few HRD programmes, Shift Management, ESI, PF , COntract Labour regulation records maintenance
& Geneal admin activities.

Kindly suggest me to select the specialisation, i am interested in

What is the scope for Finance ?
