HR and Psychology
I am doing an survey regarding the HR and Psychology
that how much it is necessary that HR manager is well aware of human psychology
and at present how many Psychologist + HR specialist or Psychologist helping HR manager in HR department
In my views
I thing human Psychology is as much necessary to HR as HR itself is necessary to Organization
"In HR we are dealing with human Mind and heart and Psychologist do the same as well"

I need Your kind opinion as well. So be in touch

Im doing my M.Sc Psych and MBA in Hr.. I got a feeling that they are very very related! One key area that HR mgrs need to focus on is Psychometric tests for Selection..To retain and reduce conflicts, Hr mgrs need to understand the personality of the people rather than go by their gut instinct.. also und personality leads to resolving problems in the long run rather than at present.. finally empathy and knowing where to draw a line is something only Psychologists are best at.. all this makes up to be good ingredients for being a HR mgr
