HI Ashfaque,

Please do not get confused so much, see the number of employees are less and what u need are the leaves,,,,,,,right....

So the best solution is ,,, see there are many leaves altogether in the hr manual....
sit with ur boss and discuss about the leaves which can be paid and even unpaid...

cl and sl can be paid rest all leaves can be unpaid.....and make it this way that an employee who doesnt want to take any leave , the leave will be added to his next leaves......
Basic Leave Policies Other Leave PoliciesVacation Leave
Adverse Weather
Sick Leave
Civil Leave and Job Related Proceedings
Family and Medical Leave
Communicable Disease Family Illness Leave
Community Service Leave
Voluntary Shared Leave
Educational Leave
Holidays
Leave- Employee Transfer
Compensatory Leave
Special Leave Awards Workers' Compensation

these are the leaves ........

now sit with your boss discuss about these leaves.....

Leave Without Pay
