Dear All,

Please give your input for legal requirements about women employees during night shift at manufacturing companies

Dear Friend
No women can work between 8pm to 6am in any factory or shop as per Factories Act and Shop and Establishment Act.
But few states make rules to allow women working in call centres between this time frame if enough security is provided to her.
