Thumbs up Increment not yet announced

hi all,
in our company we dont have such problem with salary. we get paid on every 5th of the month. the current issue is about the increment which is due from April. our organisation has 4 partners and there is no mutual understanding amoung them to come to any conclusion at the earliest. they might announce the increment this month, but I smelled that it will be very less amount as compared with earlier years. people are getting frustrated with this delay and some may leave after the announcement of the increment. how to tackle this situation

I think until and unless increment declares please convince employees to ignore humors coz humors is more dangerous than reality.

Your company already delayed Increment and now they going to declared increment with very less amount. Is your company gain zero profit in last financial year, if yes than you must be convince employees that company need their support

On the base of your company lot of people get employment.

But if your company earn profit then company should be give rewards to their employees and company doesn’t do that, then I don’t think any can ready to work their.

I don’t think that on the matter of Increment HR department convince employees, coz it is matter of whole year.
