Default Organising Abroad Event

Hi,

My organisation is planning an abroad fun n business trip for our employees, i would like to know if anybody has a checklist for organising such events or guidelines from your personal experience so that the event goes smooth without any hiccups.

hi isha,
this may not be a complete check list but some points could be of help

interpretors
passports
visa
ticketing
accommodation
food habits
clothes
venues
meeting timings
cultural issues
gifts
introduction of new members
food habits
personal belongings-camera etc

does their software and hardware compatible with what you have and carring

is it formal, casual or informal- prepare accordingly

embassy contact details

law and order situation of that part of the world

your confidential documents and their custody

......
