I have a doubt. I would lik to know , if I coem to dubai for a HR job, is it necessary that I must know Arabic. I was studying till 10th in dubai and then i shifted. Now, I can only read and write arabic but its not very high rated. Do you think, I need to go back and rework on my arabic knowledge?

Hello, although addressed to Sajid, I step in and add my comment. In UAE, if you have the skills to speak/read/write in Arabic, it will definitely good for your job hunt. And moreover, there is no harm in practising what you have studied. So, do it without hesitation. Some time or other you will find it useful.

As said by Ramesh. Indeed its an extra qualification if you could converse, read and write arabic. It will be an added advantage in areas where arabic is must or employers prefer bi-lingual candidates.

It certainly is an advantage. But you can come down to dubai with your current level of knowledge in arabic and later on once you are in the work front, you will get ample opportunities to hone the advanced skills in arabic. Remember there is no end to learning....

I am looking for a Marketing Assistant - Advertisement and Promotions. This opening is ideal for someone who is already in Dubau and the follow are the roles and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Creating and designing of online campaigns for the PRM system (Internal tracking system for the Client).
Getting these campaigns approved from the Sales & Marketing divisions and launching them through the PRM system.
Email broadcast of the same using CMS from client. CMS is a tracking system used in the organisation.
Broadcast of the promotions / campaigns using the SMS messaging system.
Analysis of the online campaigns and reporting to the S&M.
Handling day-to-day basic administration jobs of the system.
Interacting with the distributors and re-sellers through telephones and emails so as to ensure the smooth running of the campaigns/ promotions.

Desired Profile:

1 - 3 years of Online Marketing experience
