This training has been widely used in the various forums of Rotary International for their Leadership Development Programmes which has been taking place for over 3 decades in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management. As a trainer, in this area, for the last 8 years, we have given a new name to this programme, because it was something more than Leadership development. It was Self Empowerment and Human Excellence.
Another module which I introduced to my training and which is most unique and has been widely accepted and appreciated are:
Vedic Interpretations in Modern Management : a very age old and yet very contemporary solutions to managing one self and ones environment both inner and outer.

I create my own modules based on Soft Skills and Behavioral Skills on a foundation of Spiritual Learning, because I sincerely believe that if a person is not humane and spiritual to connect to his inner self and the universal truth, he may never realize his best potentials. And without realization and self empowerment, training is incomplete. Training is not about good speaking and fun activities only. Training is about knowing your own self and your topic very well. A trainer is first a learner. Until and unless he has learnt, practiced and improved upon the key factors, he cannot train others in the true sense of the term.
