I m Dimple,persuing my MBA in HR , can anyone suggest me which industry should i target as my first placement so that i can get the maximum learning about all HR activities for my career growth.

Hi Dimple,

I think as you are newly starting your career in HR field the most important is to choose a good profile in HR because there are many options in this field but as you are an MBA - HR i think you should go for the generalist profile it has very good future scope & also learnings (which is most important for you at this stage).

Its noting like to target with any kind of industry
1st know more how eah kind of industry functions.
As HR operations differ from industry to industry but work & some procedures will be same
