Guys, i'm currently on an assignment where in I have to perform the "Compentency Mapping" for several levels. Initially i'm to deal with with 3 posts viz..... Field Operator, Panel Operators & Shift Incharge.
I tried searching the net for some finer details but to no gain I couldn't find anything.
I'm supposed to be on a field trip in a week for the same.
If you guys to send me some data or share information about the same for Chemical Manufacturing scenario, it'd be of great help.
