Hi All,

An employee form the organistaion went for an interview earliear he has planned as soon as he will receive call from new company he will take leave from present company and gwill do the joing formalities and if he he faces any problem he will come back otherwise he will join the other company and he will not come back but that company has asked him to wait and some how his supervisior came to know that instead of this month he will do the same in the next month.Since this employee has asked for the leaves well in advance we cannot say him no.
Please suggest what we can do ?

No prob. until and unless employee resigns and tells his superior, dont interfere in the matter..

And concentrate on other work, dont just keep spying..

Yes! i am also of the opinion that one should not interefere in employees such kind of matters as some how this has not been made official, also every person will look for its betterment and bright future. In any case employees every where hunt for the new jobs. simply wait and watch. regards;zara

Yes, this kind of situation is common every where? Till nothing is officially conveyed by employee and on paper's, do not do anything.
Do not think much about such issues..but yes always keep your eyes & ears open.
