Advice Me

Hi all,

I m working as a jr officer in Uttarpradesh. A employee in our concern making absentisam but here not mark absent on his behaf. from last august i m run payroll so got correct attendance and run payroll. Some days ago this person come on to my home and thertning me and using abusing words.

After this incident i contact to my boss and we have given a intimation to SP. after this nearest police station get this information and long a FIR agenst him.

This person have political background and elected as a "Gram Pradhan" and have relation to bad elements.

after some time a FIR laung against me through a advocate that i m beat to him. I m getting this news through a news paper.

Now i m asking to all what will do in this situation. pls guide me.

Hi,

What I understand from your post is that you have been harassed by this man.You can actually raise your voice and E mail to your top management and apprise them with all your sufferings.

I guess Company must be having some policies & can take strong stand against him.I think you should consult your company's legal department to take appropriate action......This guy can hamper you personally as he trying to manipulate the law.

Tell your management that you was performing your job but still this man has threaten you.It is suggested that legal actions may help. I am sure management will defiantly help you as you doesn't have any personal dealing with this person.

Hope that this suggestion will help you.Do keep me posted on this.

Thank You for your suggetion. but in this case i have intimate to managment and legal adviser. But This man give the pollitically pressure on the govt. officer to against us.
