Behavior based interview questions

1 Describe a time you had to be flexible in planning a work load.

2 Describe the most creative things you've done in past jobs. In your personal life.

3 If you were hiring someone, what attributes would you define as being the most desirable and why?

4 What criteria did you use to determine your career path?

5 If we could form a perfect job for you within this organization, what would be some of the primary characteristics of this job?

6 What are the criteria you would use to determine success? How should a company determine success?

7 Describe your most rigorous intellectual challenge to date.

8 What do you like most about working with others? What least?

9 A customer calls in to complain about the product, demanding a discount. You suspect they aren't telling the truth. What do you do?

10 What does the word "service" mean to you?

11 What are willing to do to make a client happy? Where do you draw the line?

12 Describe some of your strategies for dealing with difficult people.


Creativity Based interview questions

1 Tell me about a problem you've had and how you solved it.
2 How do you go about organizing your work and scheduling your time?
3 Describe a situation where you made a decision that backfired. If you had to do it over, what would you do differently?
4 What did you do in your last position to contribute toward team success?
5 Tell me about a project that required you to work well under pressure.
6 Describe what type of relationship you had with your last supervisor
7 Did you always think you were creative or is it something that you discovered later on in life?
8 If the latter, how did you discover it? Did you actively seek it out or did it come to you unexpectedly?
9 How do you express creativity in your life? What is your art?that has this expression brought to your life?
10 Are you a full-time artist or do you do art (in some form) just for personal pleasure?
11 There are numerous books, guides, exercises etc., telling people how to access and cultivate their creativity. Did you ever try any of these? What worked for you and what didn't?
12 How would you recommend that someone could discover their creative talent and cultivate it?
