I have been a trainer for the last 8 years, in addition to the initial 6 years of my career that I spent in HR related areas.

I currently manage a private limited training company that is focussed on training students in colleges (through the Campus Recruitment Training Programs - CRT) as well as corporates.

We have trained more than 80000 participants on various areas related to communication skills, soft skills / behavioural skills till now through various modules and workshops. All training modules that we deliver consist of Pre-Training Assessment, followed by training delivery and Post-Training Assessment. Not more than 20% of the module time is spent on lectures / presentations and 80% of the time is actually spent on participative activities that are focussed on facilitating the participants in equipping themselves with the desired knowledge, skills and abilities through experiential learning.
