organization cultures and effectiveness of HRM Organization Culture is very important. It generally gets developed top down. Any efforts for organization culture development from bottom results into pockets.
The culture is like waves. The CEO creates culture in the next level. The next level creates culture as their understanding of what is required and they use their style & opinions. The culture keeps on getting diluted and changes as it goes through levels(like the game of passing a message). Interpretations change the original messages get modified.
In this environment, HR needs to decide how the function wants to function. The boldness, questionning attitude, connecting to people, moving in people all gets very important.
