Hai, i am really get confuced about the form -11 ,form-11 is for deducting pf or not. i know about form-2 its form the filling by the new joinings.Can pls detaily explain abt form-11.

Dear All,
First i am inform you that, the form -11 is declaration of non contribution of PF amount from the wage/salary.
It's no need to filled all the employees, this for fill as per requirement.
any other quary then cal/ mail me.

As discussed, i am very much clear about form 11 is applicable for who is working aged above 58 yrs for non contribution of PF.

Dear Sir,
If an employee's basic is less than 6500 and he does not want to deduct pf from his wages.if we may fill form-11 not to deduct pf from his salary.kindly let me know what is compulsory in his case.
Also employee's basic salary> 6500 if compulsory to fill form-11 or not?
