I would like to know if someone could help me guiding me as to how to prepare a SOP for HR and administration matters.
say for example: a SOP for Salary advance, Guest house/ accommodation request....
this is requireq for me as i have got to prepare SOP's for HR and Administration for our ISO Manual.
You would have to detail all the Standard Operating Procedures for HR being followed in your company. The easier way is to track the entire employee life cycle starting with procedure for making a recruitment requisition, the format (as annexure) and the process for doing it drilling down the process. I am afraid there is no easier way, you have to customise to your company processes.
thx 4 d post...m new to thee field and have joined a 30 member ites co, with no hr policies/sop,can you give me a few basic policies required by law...like leave,compensation for overtime,absentism etc with festivals around d corner im in a muddle....
