Wants to move up through HR Line.

I, Dhiraj Malhotra, am presently working in reputed company of Delhi relating to Medical Transcription (ITES/BPO) for the last 1-1/2 years as Quality Analyst and my total experience in medical transcription is now over 8 years and my age is now 33. I have done by B.Sc. General from Delhi University and besides this I have done M.Sc. and M.Tech. in computer science through distance education but could not found the chance to switch over to S/W or H/W industry as my degrees are of distance education not a regular and also I have no experience regarding that. I am presently doing PGDHRM from Symbiosis and this is my 4th and final semester. I am seeing presently no further recognizition in Medical Transcriptionist as this industry is offering, more u type and more income u will get. So, keeping in view of my age and no growth in future and spending my precious years in doing Med. Transcription, please guide me how can I advance into managerial line related to HR. From where should I start as I am keen to join some managerial position. Please guide me if u have any opening regarding my qualification. Please tell me my medical transcription experience will be useful for me for applying in HR line. Awaiting a positive response.
