First identify various competencies and have the JD handy for the position for which you want the BEI to be done,
In BEI you analyse mainly :-
1.) Role Behaviour Analysis
2.) Personality Behavioural Analysis
There are various ways you can identify the competencies , You may use psychological tools like Loco Inventory , PE Scale , FIRO B and DiSC, Belbin Inventory etc for reading the results of the tests properly I suggest you to do a certification as this is a specialized technique which requiires either experience or knowledge.
