Good Morning to all !
I want to share with all of you a query of one of my friend, who has just started his career as H.R. Executive in a Middle size company.
As he has to deliver the increment letters to all the employess of his company. Should he deliver the letter to all the employee in person or request to employee step by step to come in H.R.Dept. and have the letter and accept as a token of acceptance, because its pertain to confidential. As he is only one in H.R.Dept, the Mgr. of the company has left the services and yet to be recruited.
Now he is very confused :-?to what to do or not, becuase most of are senior to him.
Hope you friends/seniors have some good ideas that will help him for taking decision.

Hi Ranjan,

Please ask your friend to make two copies of the increment letters and a set of original and a copy should be given to departmental heads who should handover the letters to the employees and take the acknowledgment of receipt on the copy.

The receipt copy should come to the HR department and the copy of the same should be forwarded to the Accounts department.

Hi
If you are giving the letter to senior, it would be better you go to ht em and handover the letter to senior in person. If juniors, put a mail to them to come to HR room to collect their increment letters or you can handoverthe letters to their HODs and ask them to handover to their team members by taking their acceptance.
