In company, a person is authorizes behalf of that company chairman for all govt. related and other legal related activities..In this reagrds

This is to inform you that Mr.Name, Designation, is hereby authorised to look day to day affaires of the Comapny, sign the papers / documents, make correspondance/representaion for and on behalf of the company with the Govt. Authorities i.e Labour Office, Factory Inspetor, PF , Pollution Control, Telephone Etc.
