In company, a person is authorizes behalf of that company chairman for all govt. related and other legal related activities..In this reagrds

This is to inform you that Mr.Name, Designation, is hereby authorised to look day to day affaires of the Comapny, sign the papers / documents, make correspondance/representaion for and on behalf of the company with the Govt. Authorities i.e Labour Office, Factory Inspetor, PF , Pollution Control, Telephone Etc.
His specimen sign is as under --------------------
Authorised by Name & Designation (President/VP/GM)
You may also make resolution for the same .I am attaching draft of same for your info pl. Pl modify suitably as required.

As per instruction of President, i have allowed to join an employee in my organization without submitting her documents. now i have to write an authorization letter i.e. i can write aas per President ?instruction i have allowed to let her join without doing formalities. pls send me the format for the same.
