Dear All,
I am working in auto component manufacturing company. We have about 60% operators in production line as contract labour. What is the training module you can suggest for training them as early as possible?

Hi Rohit,
I appreciate your enthusiasm in raising the topic on Training for discussion.
Many companies are still stuck at Training & Development. In today's competitive scenario, its not training but Learning & Development process which activates the spark in the employee to learn new concepts and techniques instead of training them.
According to me training is a give and take process. Today Many organisations in India and especially in Manufacturing sector do comply with Training process but the effectiveness of the employees once measured is not up to the mark which the organisation expects it to be. Training today in manufacturing process are imparted to comply with the training hours for dashboard meetings or for documentation purpose for various audits.
Training of at least 8 hours a day should be imparted and its monitoring with the participants should be carried out for at least 2 consecutive months.
