Leave Register Format

Dear all,

Hope everyone is doing good, Myself Arun working as a HR Executive in a Construction Engineering Co. in Dubai. I am in the process of implementing all HR activities in the company, in this regard i required to prepare a consolidated leave register of all my employees including Staff & Non-staff. So if any one of you maintaining same type of register which consists of calculating of Sick/ Paid/Unpaid/ Emergency leaves; kindly forward to me so that i can utilize the best from it.

I recently joined one shipping company as a HRO Consultant. I don't have much experience in this field. So, please send me format for the below, if anyone can provide:

1. HR Manual
2. Employee Hand Book
3. Leave Policy

Also, please send the all formats required for HRO Department as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Resignation Letter, Leave Application Form, Passport Application Form, Leave Register Card, Employee Document's Check List, Employee Master Data Base Format, etc. Please try to send formats useful in United Arab Emirates only. Please mention all the details as number of days, and with.without pay details with Leave Policy.
