Job Description & Responsibilities:
* End to End US Recruitment .
* Understanding of IT Terminology, Concepts, Trends
* Skilled in Resume Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination
* Understand Hiring Needs, Technical Specifications & Search Requirements
* Knowledge of Pre-Recruiting and Post-Recruiting Process/Documentation.
* Identifying suitable candidate quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
* Building up the rapport with the candidates.
* Prior work experience in International or Domestic recruitment.
Computer Skills : MS-Office, Internet Tools.
Additional Information : Must have Good Communication Skills (Vocal, Written)US Accent & Fluency. Prior experience in the industry.
Work Timings: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am IST (Night Shift)
Experience: 1+ years Exp in International or Domestic Recruitment.
Education: Any Graduation (Preferably MBA with HR).
Salary: As per the Industry Norms
