| Candidate Meetings-Mail Format Hi All, i need a favour from u guys... Im a recruitment consultant..n i would like you guys to give me inputs on candidate meetings.. Every profile that we process with any of our clients , i would like to meet them in person.. for various reasons.. like - To understand more of the candidate profile and career plans To share more inputs about our clients, their plans, recruitment process i guess this would be beneficial for both... for candidates..to know more abt the client.. for consultants ..to understand their company, for references, n so on.. But the point is ..how to convince them... I can manage thru phone call..n then they dont turn up  But to show as proof ...i want to frame a mail n send to all my candidates... a Convincing mail..win-win situation kind of mail... can anyone share ur inputs..n help me solving this... Hoping for replies... |
