Hi Friends,
Attached is the code of conduct I have recently designed for my company, and which is in use right now. This is a complete document covering all the areas which has to be considered while designing a code of conduct document.
This can be used as a basic frame work for any organization with a little changes required in terms of size, business and culture of the company it is being used for..
Hope this would help in some way.............
Thanks & Regards.....

Kavitha,
Its almost like Standing Orders points which can control upto the Supervisory level.
Do anyone have CDA Rules (CONDUCT, DISCIPLINE & ATTITUDE Rules) of the Officers. Since I am a product of a Public Sector Undertaking we did have these Rules in our Company. (My initial 12 years)
Now I am working in a Private Limited MNC, I want to introduce the CDA Rule here. When I came out of that PSU, I didn't bring a copy of the same. If anyone worked / are working in PSU, please send the softcopy of the same to my mail ID : .
Thanks
