I am recently joine one German Based Solar Technology Industry as a Asst.Manager HR, I Having the three years of past experience in manufacturing Industry, i am a well known HR professionalist in the arear of Appraisal System,Pay rolll, and Statutory compliance area. The company which I newly joined ia a new upcoming company started from fast 5 month in bangalore. it has 1 MD, 13 PHD scientist,5 GMs,21 managers and presently 35 technicians.
My problem is In this company I am only the head of the HR Dept,I have to set a all HR activity, from fast 1 month I have set up all HR activity, my problem now is yesterday my MD called me and asked me to conduct a Induction Training to all the employee in company by next week(till tody there is no Induction Trng was conducted) before 2nd Sept 2008.Now my problem is from my past experience I didn't get the experience related to Induction, I dont know also how to face a big group of Highly qualified people.I am a BA(ECO) & MSW(HRM) graduate.
Now all of u pls help me how I can start My Induction in big Conforence room, What are the home work I have to do, What are the messages I have to give to all staff,What is the objective of inducton, how it will help to staff and how I have to start and how I have to end
I u have any materials related to the same pls forword to me pls.
If I successfull in this It will agreat credit to me for my future appraisal also and my MD he is from germeny he inforemed me that If you built 100% HR Profession in our company within 6 month I will promote u as a HR manager

I am urgently searching information related to Travel and Transfer to other locations in India. I would appreicate if you could kindly share the information on following:
- Travel mode where TA/DA is paid & upto what maximum # of days.
- Transfer Policy for Temporary & Permanent Transfer considering the Income-tax norms alongwith period after which a transfer would be considered as Permanent and TA/DA paid while on Temporary Transfer.
