Dear All,

required help in the case of PF & ESI deduction as at the time of appointment company havnt mentioned abt the deduction of PF and ESI and given the Apponitment letter with mentioning the BASIC salary,HRA and Conveyance allownces with CTC in that case is only employee is lible for all the deduction from both the side?
I think PF of employee shown in the CTC. employer share of PF not shown in the CTC. But CTC includes the both sides of PF srihari

I need clarification. If we take labours from market on 1-2days for our work. do we have to pay PF and ESI for those labours also.we need to pay them cash at the end of the day.

pay the labours on vouchers and not on wages register so u r not expected to follow laibalities
HI Srivas, In appoinment order, the company will include the employers contribution of PF 12% (ESI, if applicable). Other amounts as per the act will be remitted from employees salary only.
dear all, I need a clarification for PF that is there any rule if the employer dont want to have PF facility but have more than 20 employees in the company. Please suggest. Regards, Sumiti

Kindly anybody clear my doubt.
Why company is deducting Both PF from employee's side only.
That employer's contribution & employee contribution also.
Is it fare for the employee or not??
If yes kindly let me know the valuable reason.
I am working in a manufacturing industry,wher we are following all rules of central govt.

hi deepika, companies now a days offer CTC which is cost to company, thats y all deductions are included, thats why you need to see the CTC breakup before you join, if possible.
