| resignation from union Hi all
ca anyone send me a copy of agreement or affidavit stating that worker want to leave the labour union membership.
the case is like this,
i have some workers who wanted to form a union in my company which was rejected by the court for non having the minimum membership but inbetween the workers were terminated due to misconduct committed by them. This happened in 2004. and the workers had gone to court.
now workers wants withdrow the case from court and ready for settlement with company.
can anyone help me with what is formalities in legality i have to follow.
it would be highly thankful from all of you guys.
