| Unauthorized Exit of an employee Hi...
Could you please help me out to send a notice when employee left the organization without intimation,
one of our employee was left from the organization without intimation when his 2months salary was pending.Now he is asking for his due salary and saying that due to the health problem he left the org.
we cleary know that he is not giving a proper reason to quit the org. we cleary mentioned in the offer letter he should give 2months prior notice before exit. He did not do that.
what points i need to highlite in that notice...can anyone give me the format for this.....Its very urgent in our organization.... |
