Greetings, i am student of marketting in bangalore interested in career opportunities in retail sector. Can you please guide me:-

1. Job profiles in retail?
2. designation from where a fresher can hope to start to reach store manager's position after some experience?
3. can you kindly give me approx. salary figures for entry level positions as well as after 3 years work experience?
4. According to you which are the current hot profiles in retail?

if individual feels that there is some meaning of his or her job, accountability, appreciations, employee engagement is the key responsibility of manager/incharge

You can go with sales person of the month, star performer, and give appricaition certificates or some gifts.
