New Entrant: I am an executive coach

Hello citehr fellow members,
Greetings. I am a new entrant here and I'd like to introduce myself as a leadership coach and I am a qualified coach by the leading coach training institute, CTI, SF. (Soon to become a certified MBTI practitioner and I am in the process of being credentialled by International Coach Federation). I work with executives and educators on leadership development. The opportunity to help people show up as leaders at all levels and elicit powerful leadership in them, that is resonant with their values and to dream big is one of the many motivating factors for me to leave my job as a software product manager and begin living my highest path.

I am glad to connect with you all here and I welcome any queries related to executive coaching and the services that I offer. My intention to join this group is to connect with other HR professionals and partner with them in their journey in transforming work culture and work towards the growth and development of professional coaching as a leadership strategy in organizations for executive and leadership development.
