Not correct.
EPF coverage applies if there are 20 or more employees.
The Govt. has proposed to extend the coverage if the no. of employees is 10 or more.
It has to be legislated and passed by Parliament (possibly in the winter session) and will take effect from the date notified.S. Krishnamoorthy
