What can be the consequences if people are not placed on the right job and at the right place..

Very interesting. I went to the Monster office three times some time last year and they hardly seemed inclined towards Right man for the right job. I have myself written around twenty published articles on the subject- wplAbout Make your passion your profession Make your passion your profession(Work prisoners and students) When I visited them, their staff did not even kow what monster had taken over Morgan and Banks in 1999 who actually had an excellent reputation for placing the right man in the right job and that includes cross career switches or lateral career transition. It would be great if Monster has started to follow in their footteps instead of just being a faceless e-portal. |
