| |  Tie-ups with placement agencies
Dear All, We act as a finishing school - grooming job seekers, making them job-ready for outstation recruitment agencies. The venues for the interviews for such recruitment agencies have normally been conference halls in hotels at all locations. The selection ratio is on an average 25% of the total walk-ins generated at a particular location. Since last 3 months they have started tying up with us, where they expect us to arrange for the interviews at our premises in Surat & Ahmedabad once a month. Here we offer a 'Communication skills programme with English' crash course specially designed for BPO interviews & try to enroll the maximum candidates out of the 75 % rejected crowd at a nominal fee for a 3 weeks (15 hours) course.
What ever number of candidates gets enrolled, they have to be made presentable for the BPO interview in the next month. We look for awareness through mass emailing & mass SMS sent to the prospective job seekers. So in this arrangement both of us would be in a Win Win situation. You make in placement and we generate our revenue in training. You get your money, once the candidate gets selectedand we make our money in enrollment.
