Default Service agreement

Dear All,

I worked with a premier co for 4years and then they asked for a bond for 2yrs (Period also not clear in the agreement).

I told them that am not interested on the agreement.

Then they not allowed me to work and asked for resignation immediately.

Then I quit the job and now they deducted notice period in my settlement amt.

Pls help me to tackle this reasonably.

Regards,

Hi Sudha,

If this is what they have done, why are you hiding the name of the company (ok, you are adhering to citehr policy).

Let their image be tarnished.

What you should be doing?

Well!

1. you should be talking to an investigative journalist.
2. Have you spoken to the MD of the company. Call him and tell him about this. If possible, record the conversation. Once you have parted ways with the company, you are equal footing with the MD. Do not fear.
3. Mail MD and HR/ other key decision makers and ask the deducted notice pay. I am sure you are no longer interested in working in such a company.

Hi, Sudha,

Please note that the following:
1. You have marked the date at the time of signature on bond, if you done the date on bond then effect from that date.
2. journaly bond is efective from date of joining to that year.
3. As per legaly bond is not valid, if bond make one sided, please check terms & condition of the bond.

If you know more query please contact to me.

I understand you want to follow the soft approach.
Makes sense, since you have worked there for 2 years.
