Dear Nageen,

Good to know that you have selected HR as your career. To become a perfect HR professional, I suggest you to join a manufacturing company first. It will help in studying people's attitude. Also you will understand the statutory requirements which is a must to know for a HR person.

Then on you can move to any industry and select HR generalist role instead recruiter. Recruitment is a part of Generalist's role. If you select recruiter role then you might not get a chance to get exposed to other HR aspects.

Anyways think twice and based on your interest select the right career path.

Wish you all the best.

Regards
