Why are you posting in Tamil, When there are so many people from around the country who will nit understand what you have written.
If you expect some responses from viewers , then post the same in English so that every one can understand, otherwise there may not be views also

The same feeling is there when people see some posts in Hindi, who cannot understand Hindi. Nevertheless, i certainly would say that WE SHOULD AVOID posting anything in regional language as this site is read by so many members who are outside India too.. Please reconsider this... |

Hello friends (?)  ,
I have been appealing to members to contribute ONLY in English, and every time I write, I get a cold reception. I really wonder if HR community across this country can read, write, and or converse in English fluently or they feel comfortable with their very own HIGLISH, TANGLISH, etc?
Please do not attempt to change this good forum and its real flavor, purpose, mission and the ideals with your fanatical contributions (?)
We have thousands of things of greater importance to attend. AN APPEAL TO MODERATORS: PLEASE SAVE THIS SITE
