I am doing my summer internship in one of the recruitment company.. I am doing my project in the feild of recruitment.. Plz suggest me some guidelines to go ahead wid the project.. Plzzz guide me in the same..

Thnks for replying.. Very kind of u.. Well, m working in one of the recruitment company.. We hire people for different organisations.. We are actually acting between the graduates and the companies.. The reruitment process which the company is following is very gud, but some how the company is facing problem in generating the revenues.. So i want to design the recruitment process which will generate a fair amount of revenues and maintain gud relations with both d parties.. My plan of action is fixed but not getting the proper way to do that..

my problem is somehow different from urs...........actually i m doing my summers training in manufacturing company.........i m just learning their recruitment and selection policy.........But i think u have a good plan ..........For project.......
as each project starts with info relating to company..........then theoretical part of ur topic..............then survey........analysis.........conclusions........ ..
Rashmi why don't try to take help of questionnaire to fix the problem in that company.........or you can do internal or external analysis...if u fo for external analysis u can compare the recruitment process with some other company in the same area..........
Even i m student ...............i dont know whether it help,u or not..........it's just a suggestion............
my problem is different i m plannig to do a survey........still preparing questionnaire.........but i m stuck with that...................
