 Need BARS for Competency Mapping
Hi there,
I'm looking for Behaviour Anchored rating scale examples if you have any.
the roles I am looking for are Operation Manager( BPO), Team Leader( BPO)
the competencies are ( Team working, Results orientation, Developing others, Influencing others, Flexibility)
If you have any other please let me know
