U will require Form No. 3 for companis registration, Form 1 for employer's registration form, documents required are company act registration no, gumasthadhar registration no, PAN no and photo. And reciept of corporation tax paid previous year, income proof. U will have to submit this in the Civik Center (one is at usmanpura) |
