First of all i would like to congratulate you for the sucessful completion of your masters program,seeing your interest towards the retail sector i would like to quote that retail is a very intersting sector to work in and the entry level profile's are not that good paid but your future can be secured reason of fact that the companies which are entering into retail are hireing employees on the roles of the company and not on the third party nor on off the rolls soo seeing which you can get a secured future in the retail.First of all before telling you the consultants who can help you out with that i would be clearing the designations,packages and kind off working in retail...
In retail the entry level profile is called as RA(Retail Associate) OR CSA(Customer Support Associate) there salary slaps are in between 4k to 8k depending upon the activeness and the gravity of the candidate above this the 2nd entry level profile is called as section heads OR team leaders OR store officers, there salary slap is in between 8k to 10k then above this goes store manager and there salary slap goes in between 9k to 15k,,packages vary as per the experience,gravity,knowledge and activeness of the candidate.

few companies which are expanding into retail are RPG GROUP,VIDEOCON GROUP(PLANET M) etc...,the consultant which is very good functional in northern india is VERSATILE SOLUTIONS there head office is lucknow ,there e-mail address is ,,you can write a email to them and i am sure they will revert back to you asap.
