anything pl. guide me I have one query about counting salary
One new employee starting working 17th sep. in organisation
and inbetween 2 w/o fall on his total salary monthly 49270 so ( which type working day divide) we calculate
pl guide, and my counting is 28 day divide and one day salary and 12 working day + 2 w/o
made his salary correct or not

Dear Balram, As you are aware that in a month we will not calculate W\'off as working days. Only for PF and ESI only we will calculate on 31/30 /28 days. We can calculate the salaries on 26 days.
