Default A peculiar salary breakup

Hi all,

Recently I came across a breakup given by a Delhi based company (suspense!). Please go thru and break your head.

Salary break up of Rs.10000, which is calculated as: Rs.10,052.
Basic 4200, HRA 2100,Convey 800, LTA 350, Medical 1250, Bonus 350, Gross 9050, Employer Contri: PF 572, ESI 430
CTC 10052
Employee Contri: PF 504, ESI 158
Net 8388

this shows how many people do not have concept of CTC, Gross salary.

I agree with ASH , actually when we get any job we only note the take-home figure and rest calculation we do not bother, Actually absense of awareness and knowledge.

Hi!

Some company give opton to their new Joinee to choose from 2 salary BREAK-UP i.e.,Frill and Non-Frill.

Can any one help me in understanding the above said break-up

Dear,
recently people are easpecting more in hand, in this case your breakup should be change like follows..

Basic - 4200
HRA - 2033
Conv. - 800
SP allow. 2033
Gross Salary - 9066
Employee Cont. EPF 504 & ESIC - 159
Take Home - 8403/-
