HR EXECUTIVE(GENERAL) -1 Position

Experience : 2 - 4 Yrs.

Qualification : MBA / MSW Preferable.

* Should be innovative & highly self motivated.

* Should be believe in employees as an asset to the organization.

* Should contribute to the bottom line in the organization by controlling & managing attrition.

* Facilitate Induction & Orientation for new employees

* Identify business manpower requirements through continuous interaction with various project Heads.

* Maintain a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan back to back hiring.

* Formulate new HR policies aligned with organization requirement basis

* Conduct Training Need Analysis, Prepare Training Calendars & Conduct Training Effectiveness Reports.

* Should have experience in Handling Employee Grievances.

* Preparing the Performance Evaluation Report Analysis.

* Should be able to handle Exit Interviews / Formalities.

IT industry Incumbents are only eligible.

Work Location : Bangalore
