Basically as per my company requirement, we recruit B.E./Diploma Civil & Mechanical candidates. We are offering Salary package is Rs.5500/-+Rs.2400/-(DA) +Rs.500/- (TRAVELLING EXPENSES WILL PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY) Mobile Allowance. We are doing recruitment continuously. The attrition rate is very high particularly in 0 -1 year of experience employees. Most of the employees are leaving for the reason of Salary. I explained to the management reasons for leaving.
