Hello Ed,

I totally endorse and appreciate your views

I do agree that Gallup, Mercer and Watson is more comprahensive and detailed survey as compared to kellys.

If you have access to any such reports, do post it

Sushant,

I have sent the report on ur email address.

Please confirm the receipt.

Rama//I think we are associated to the number 1 "HR Forum" on the net. I am very sure an intelligent person like you is very much aware about the meaning of the word "Forum".I strongly belive that learning is an ongoing process and there is always something new to learn in every aspect of life .This is the main reason I ask for comments and suggestions from the HR Leaders & Fraternity in each and every post of mine.

Hope I have answered your doubt. Still should you have any queries and concern ...do ge back to me any time

Regards - r o u l e t t e
