Hello Chokpok,
You will need to provide some context around your business and the challenges you are currently facing.

Hello Chokpok, In the absence of any organizational context, all I can say is, Have you asked your frontline employees? These employees know your business better than anyone else and are a fertile ground for ideas on what requires improvement and how to do it. An added benefit is that you will lift morale because people are being listened to and made to feel important.
